How to contact DECIDE
If you're not sure what to do, or need more information about abortion or abortion services, contact us:
- Call free on 0800 DECIDE (0800 332 433) - 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm on Saturday
- Chat with us using live web chat. Click on the Chat icon, bottom right of your screen - 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm Saturday
- Request a call back or a video appointment using our online contact form.
- Contact us through NZ Relay. If you're Deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or speech-impaired, you can use the New Zealand Relay Service (NZ Relay) to contact us.

Our friendly team can help you with general enquiries. If you’re seeking clinical advice, you'll be transferred to a skilled clinician/nurse who'll be able to give you all the information you need.
You can remain anonymous, for general enquiries
If you're just looking for general information or contact details for an abortion provider near you, we won't ask for your personal details.
If you want clinical advice, you will be asked for some personal details
If you want clinical advice, we'll ask you for some personal information (such as your First name, Last name, Date of Birth and contact number). This is so we can contact you and help you.
Video appointments available
You can talk to a nurse through a secure phone or video call. A video appointment (consultation) happens over the internet using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Call us on 0800 DECIDE to organise a video appointment. See Tips for preparing for a video call with DECIDE.
