Cost for New Zealand citizen/resident
Abortion services are free for any pregnant person eligible for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand. There may be prescription fees and costs for ultrasound.

- A free contraceptive service is available after you have had your abortion
Counselling
Abortion decision counselling, pre-abortion, and post-abortion counselling is required. This is available in person or virtually.
